Bihar Governor cum chancellor of all state universities, Debananda Konwar held a meeting with the vice-chancellors and pro-vice-chancellors in Patna on September 18, 2009.Bihar Governor asked the vice-chancellors to monitor the attendance of students and teachers and to hold the meetings of different statutory bodies regularly.
