Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL, Bihar) organised BSNL Bihar's Monsoon Mega Draw to select the winners of their three-month-long scheme in Patna on September 1, 2009.CGM, BSNL Bihar Circle, SC Mishra, drew the lots to delcare the winners. The first prize winner got a car while five second prize winners each were given a motorcycle.
