Slection of district co-ordinators,blockco-ordinators and panchat prererk of sakshar Bharat misson 2012 in Banka District is against the litracy workars. Who they works hounarery from the year of 1994 to till now. They works in T.L.C.,P.L.P. moping up program women Literacy and prtly in Akshar Anchal yojana are avoieded. In all the programs they get a small amount as hounarerium but in this Slection they all maximum are avoied by the Slection Commitee under a fix plan against the actual workars. Maximum selected figers are new and raw hand they know nothing about litracy. Slections is done on the basis of Cast& Relation not on the basis of prior exeperience of litracy programs. Maximum selected co-ordinators& Prerark's produse their exeperinces certificate are not actual.These are arenge from another sources.As a result real are avoieded .So actual and real enquiry should be don from state lavel.
