IMA College of GP Bihar Faculty organsied a seminar on Hepatitis in Patna on September 5, 2009. Dr CP Thakur inagurated the seminar.Speaking on the occasion eminent gastroenterologist Dr SK Sarin, who is the director of the Institute of Liver and Billary Sciences, New Delhi, said Hepatitis B would assume an epidemic form if proper steps were not taken to check the disease.
