Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar addresses an election rally at Bagha on September 13, 2009.Meanwhile, a fortnight-long campaigning for the Bihar Assembly bypolls ended on September 13, 2009 with candidates launching one-to-one contact to mobilise votes in their respective constituencies.
Bypolls will be held in 11 Assembly constituencies in Bihar in the second and final phase on September 15.
