Bihar CM inaugurates children film festival



Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated a five-day children film festival at Mona cinema hall in Patna on October 10, 2009. Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and Informationand Public Relations Minister Ramnath Thakur were present in the function.
Speaking on the occasion, Nitish Kumar announced a revolving fund of Rs five lakh to reward the budding talents in the government-run Kilkari project.
He said the money was sanctioned from CM's relief fund to promote, encourage and reward the talents of the schools.
He also thanked officials for organising the festival and said it would help in building an atmosphere of creativity in the state.
