Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated gender fair (Sapno Ko Chali Chhoone), organised jointly by Pahal, UNFPA and Bihar State Women Development Corporation at Patna Women's College in Patna on October 7, 2009.The function was aimed at capacity building of young women.
