Bihar’s Energy Minister Ramashray Prasad Singh inaugurated Any Time Payment vending machine of the Bihar State Electricity Board at Gandhi Maidan Electric Supply Sub-Division Office in Patna on October 13, 2009.Now, consumers will be able to pay their electric bills anytime either by cheque or cash at the ATP.
