Five-day rally of Bihar State Bharat Scouts and Guides ended in Patna on November 17, 2009. Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar was the chief guest at the closing function. Governor gave away president and other awards to 1095 scouts and guides.Cultural programmes were also organised to mark the occasion. Scouts and guides presented patriotic and folk songs.

ReplyDeleteI am a President Scout ( in 1971) this year only 5 scout was pass from Purnea District, but I do not take my certificate till now, can it is possible?
