Nancy is Miss Bihar
Nancy has been adjudged Miss Bihar while Punit named Freedom Mister Bihar in Miss and Mister Bihar contest held at SK Memorial Hall in Patna on November 19, 2009.
oh yea ....!!! eventz365 plzz check properly before commenting.... Mr & Miss Bihar is organised every year by Ocean Vision (Mr Praveen Sinha) with all the legal documents and proper permission from the government and if someone else is organising it without the required documents and the proper order then its not Ocean Vision's problem....!!!
I believe its a great effort to inspire fashion growth in Patna. And I appreciate Mr. Praveen's initiative towards the same. None should comment unprofessionally on anybody's effort.
