Police resorted to lathicharge to stop a rally taken out by successful candidates of Bihar Military Police (BMP) and Bihar Police in Patna on November 16, 2009. The demonstrators were demanding appointment letters for their jobs. Following the rally a heavy traffic chaos was witnessed at several roads of Patna.Photo: Aftab Alam Siddiqui
