Six-day Film Appreciation Workshop, organized by Information Public Relation Department (IPRD), Government of Bihar, began at Chhavi Griha in Patna on December 18, 2009.IPRD secretary Rajesh Bhushan inaugurated the workshop. As many as 36 students from Patna Women’s College have been participating in the workshop.
