Thousands offered prayers in special Christmas morning mass in Patna churches on December 25, 2009 to celebrate the occasion. At the Church at Bishop’s House at Ashok Rajpath new wed couples sought Jesus Christ blessings while mothers holding their babies were blessed by the priest holding a replica of the infant Jesus. Thousands irrespective of community also lighted candles to mark the occasion.
