Non-Residents Biharis extend support for development of Bihar

Non-Residents Biharis expressed their solidarity and determination for the development of Bihar in a conclave organised by Bihar Times in Patna on December 19, 2009. On the first day of the conclave Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi urged the Non-Residents Biharis to join their hands in the development of Bihar.
