Lok Janashakti Party (LJP) president Ram Vilas Paswan holds a press conference in Patna on December 11, 2009.Talking to scribes Paswan alleged that district administration was deliberately putting restrictions to spoil his party demonstration-cum march from Gandhi Maidan to Bihar Assembly on December 17. The LJP had planned the rally to protest the creation of separate Mahadailt category among scheduled castes.
