Bihar Government's Human Resource Development Department signed a MoU with Microsoft for providing computer training to school teachers and students. Bihar HRD Minister Hari Narain Singh and Microsoft's Dheeraj Prasad and Rajeev Katyal signed the MoU.This is the second MoU with Microsoft. The first was signed in November 2008. Bihar Government's HRD secretary Anjani Kumar Singh was present on the ocasion.
