Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad and former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi participated in the National Working Committee meeting on the party in Patna on January 10, 2010.Speaking on the occasion, RJD chief Lalu Prasad said his party would launch agitation against price rise of essential commodities from January 28.
