Maoists bandh hits train services

Train services in the Howrah-New Delhi section were badly hit as Maoists blew up railway tracks between Narganjo and Jhajha stations of the East Central Railway to enforce 72-hours bandh. Consequently several long distance trains got delayed by several hours.
Patna junction wore a deserted look and passengers made a bee-line at the enquiry counter to know the arrivals of the trains in Patna on February 7, 2010.
