’Centre’s move can not stall Bihar’s development’

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar told the Assembly that Bihar would become a developed state by 2015 "despite the Centre's move to stall its development".
Replying to the debate on thanks giving motion to Governor Debanand Konwar's address to the joint sitting of the state legislature, Kumar said the government had initiated a number of steps to develop the state and bring it on par with other developed states.
