Senior vice-president of Indian Medical Association (IMA) Dr Vijay Shankar Singh at a press conference in Patna on May 16, 2010 said IMA would launch nation-wide agitation if the Union Government did not withdraw the decision to dissolve the Medical Council of India (MCA).The IMA will also send a memorandum to President Pratibha Patil to rescind the decision.
