4 'Munna Bhai' arrested in Patna

Patna Police arrested four youths allegedly involved in a racket helping students to clear IIT-JEE and AIEEE tests by appearing in the examinations in the names of the candidates. One of the arrested youths is a student of IIT-Delhi.
