Heavy rains lashed Patna on July 12, 2010 morning leading to waterlogging in a large part of it and affecting normal life.Various residential colonies in low lying areas were knee-deep under water which led to tarffic snarls and created inconvenience for the city's denizens. Railway tracks were also submerged.
