Sisters wait outside Beur Jail to tie rakhis
Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi festival celebrated with gaiety and fervour in Patna on August 24, 2010. At the Beur Central Jail gate, sisters waited patiently getting their turn to tie rakhis on the hands of their brothers inside jail.
