Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad visited his party office in Patna on September 13, 2010 and held meeting with workers to discuss strategy for the Bihar Assembly elections. Later talking to reporters, Prasad accused BJP-JD(U) alliance of having a 'secret understanding' with Congress and cautioned the people against voting for Congress as it would mean helping BJP in the elections.
