Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar inaugurated the foundation day function of Patna University on October 1, 2010. Governor also release some research journals and directory of blood donors of NSS unit of the university on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Konwar said Patna University has the potential to become a world-class university.
