Union Coal Minister Sri Prakash Jaiswal in Patna

Union Coal Minister Sri Prakash Jaiswal was in Patna on October 21, 2010 to spearhead poll campaigning of his party Congress in Bihar Assembly election. Talking to reporters Jaiswal criticized the Nitish Kumar-led NDA government in Bihar for "inadequate" utilisation of central funds allocated since 2004 terming it as a major factor for the prevailing backwardness.
