National workshop on newborn health care organised in Patna

A national workshop on newborn health care was organised in Patna on December 6, 2010. Bihar Health Minister Ashwini Choubey inaugurated the workshop. Speaking on the occasion, Anthony Lake, Executive Director of the UNICEF, said UNICEF was ready to provide all technical support to Bihar Government to reduce child mortality rate.
