Bihar CM Nitish Kumar holds meeting with ministers

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held a cabinet meeting with his ministers in Patna on December 31, 2010. Later, Nitish Kumar said the milk prices would not be allowed to be increased in Bihar. "Bihar has more than enough milk. Milk prices would thus not be increased here," he said.
COMPFED officials said on December 30, 2010 that the six Bihar Milk Cooperatives had agreed on upping sachet prices by Rs 2 a litre across all varieties of packaged milk marketed under Sudha brand.
