Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar felicitates NCC cadets


Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar felicitated NCC cadets of Bihar and Jharkhand, who took part in Republic Day function in New Delhi, at a function in Patna on February 4, 2011. NCC cadets also presented attractive cultural programmes to mark the occasion. The cadets of Ranchi got the inter-group banner championship trophy.
