BJP's mega rally held in Patna









Thousands of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers drawn from different districts of Bihar gathered at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna on February 5, 2011 to participate in the mega rally of the party that was organised to felicitate the workers for party's thumping win in Bihar Assembly election 2010. The mega meet termed as BJP workers felicitation function attracted most of the heavyweights of the party. BJP national president Nitin Gadkari led the pack. Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley, Bihar BJP president Dr CP Thakur, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, BJP general secretary Ananth Kumar, MP Shatrughan Sinha, Shahnawaz Hussain, Radha Mohan Singh and Kirti Azad addressed the meeting.
Bihar ministers Ashwini Choubey, Janardan Singh Sigriwal and Nand Kisore Yadav also spoke on the occasion.
Addressing the meeting BJP national leaders urged the party workers to remain ready for snap polls as they felt UPA-II government would not last full term.
