Raj Bhavan march against Magadh University vice-chancellor

Members of Bihar Economic Association took out Raj Bhavan march in protest against the Magadh University vice-chancellor Dr Arvind Kumar in Patna on February 7, 2011. They also submitted a memorandum to Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar highlighting the rampant corruption in Magadh University.
