All set for President Pratibha Patil's visit to Patna

Stage is set for the President Pratibha Patli’s visit to Patna. The President will inaugurate the centenary celebrations of Bihar Legislative Council on March 22. The council completes 100 years in March 2012. Bihar Legislative Council is decked up to celebrate the function in a grand manner on March 21, 2011.
