Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar visits Patna Arts and Crafts College

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar visited College of Arts and Crafts to witness the preparations going on there for Bihar Diwas celebrations in Patna on March 17, 2011. It was also the last day of the national-level art workshop that was organized in the college. The Chief Minister appreciated the murals and paintings made by the artists.
