Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Regional Centre, Patna, organised its 22nd annual convocation at Braj Kishore Memorial Pratishthan in Patna on April 2, 2011. As many as 865 students got their degrees and certificates on the occasion. The functions were simultaneously organised at 50 regional centres across the country. Chanakya Law University vice-chancellor Professor A Lakshminath was the chief guest.
