The 83rd birth anniversary of Dr Phani Bhushan Prasad was celebrated in Patna on April 30, 2011. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated the function. Late Dr Phani Bhushan Prasad is the father of noted TV and film actor Shekhar Suman.
