A mobile phone call regarding a bomb planted in the Biscomaun Building put Patna police on the toes on July 3, 2011. Police party led by City SP Shivdeep Lande laced with dog squad conducted intensive search operation for several hours but only to find the call was a hoax. Police, however, detained a telephone booth owner for interrogation. The incident created panic inside the building and adjacent locality.Photo: Aftab Alam Siddiqui
