Bihar Industries Association president KPS Keshri spoke to the media in Patna on November 3, 2011, after meeting with Central Electric Regularity Commission (CERC) top brasses in New Delhi on the apathetic attitude of National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) towards Bihar in levying fuel price adjustment (FPA) charges. BIA termed the FPA charges as arbitrary.BIA also sought CERC intervention on the issue.
