Mahavir Cancer Sansthan (MCS) signed an MoU with Dutch Institute of Gynaecology Oncology and Pelvic Surgery (DSGOPS) in Patna on November 11, 2011. MCS director Dr JK Singh and DSGOPS director Professor APM Heintz were present on the occasion.
