State set for All-India Civil Services table tennis tournament
Stage is set for the All-India Civil Services table tennis tournament to be held at Secretariat Club hall in Patna. Talking to reporters in Patna on December 13, 2011, organising committee chairman Vipin Kumar said the tournament would be held from December 15 to December 20.
