Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar holds the 5th meeting of the State Agriculture Cabinet



Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held the fifth meeting of the State Agriculture Cabinet in Patna on January 3, 2012. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and other Ministers were present in the meeting.
Bihar government decided to spend Rs 1.52 lakh crore on areas such as improving productivity, increasing storage capacity and introducing advanced equipment for better farming under its 5-year road-map to boost agriculture production in the state.
A decision to this effect was taken by the state agriculture cabinet, which discussed the road-map prepared for boosting agriculture in Bihar over the next five years from 2012-2017.
