Rains dampen the spirit of New Year revellers in Patna
Overcast condition followed by intermittent rains played spoilsport on New Year Day celebrations in Patna on January 1, 2012 as most of the revellers kept them confined to home. A few of them, however, dared to go out to enjoy the winter rains, the fun and frolics of New Year.
