Students of State Government owned Motihari and Nalanda Engineering Colleges staged demonstration in front of Bihar Science and Technology Minister Gautam Singh's residence to protest lathicharge on Nalanda Engineering College students and mismanagement and irregularities prevailing in their colleges, in Patna on April 10, 2012. The protest was organised under the banner of All Bihar Technical Students Welfare Association.
