Dolphin Day celebrated in Patna
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated a function at Rabindra Bhavan to mark Dolphin Day in Patna on October 5, 2012. The forest department organised the function to celebrate wildlife week.
