BJP Art and Culture Cell felicitates artists and litterateurs
BJP Art and Culture Cell organised a function on the eve of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Bajpayee's birthday to felicitate artists and litterateurs in Patna on December 24, 2012. BJP Bihar unit president Dr CP Thakur was the chief guest. Bihar Road Construction Minister Nand Kishore Yadav was present on the occasion.
