Rich tributes paid to Louis Braille

The birth anniversary of Louis Braille, who was the inventor of Braille, a system of reading and writing used by people who are blind or visually impaired, was celebrated at BN College in Patna on January 4, 2013. Bihar Food and Consumer Protection Minister Shyam Rajak, MLC Sanjay Singh and others paid tributes to Braille.
