Thick blanket of fog again engulfed Patna and mercury dipped further to leave people in tatters. Minimum temperature fell below 7 degree Celsius and maximum could not go beyond 17 degree Celsius throughout the day on Saturday. After a relatively clear day on Friday, fog descended on the State Capital shortly before midnight. It enveloped almost all parts of Bihar forcing people to stay indoors.
