Polling scenes at different booths and nearby areas of Saran Parliamentary constituency of Bihar on April 16, 2009 where Rashtriya Janata Dal president and Union Railway Minister Lalu Prasad, is in fray in a multi-cornered contest against Bharatiya Janata Party’s Rajiv Pratap Rudy and others. Saran voted 51 per cent at the end of the day. Photos show heavy security arrangements were made for smooth conduct of the polls.
