Special teams of the Election Commission in Patna on May 8, 2009 to inquire into the complaints of rigging and booth capturing made by political parties and candidates of six parliamentary constituencies where, polls were held in the first and third phase of Lok Sabha elections in Bihar. The constituencies are Saran, Jehanabad, Aurangabad, Jamui, Maharajganj and Munger.
