CPI-ML (Liberation) general secretary, Dipankar Bhattacharya addresses workers meeting in Patna on July 28, 2009.Addressing the meeting Bhattacharya gave a call to the party workers to initate the measuers for strengthening the party which is jolted by this year's Lok Sabha election results. He urged the workers to launch long-drawn decisive battle to establish the party on firm footing.
