Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated floating restaurant MV Ganga Vihar on the river Ganga in Patna on July 20, 2009.The Chief Minister also released a tourist guide book “Journey through Bihar” to mark the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion the Chief Minister said the Diara area would be developed as tourist spot soon.
